Olivia Munn TV Host

Introduction

Olivia Munn has, pretty much, all but conquered the small screen, co-hosting Attack of the Show!, and the big screen starring in Big Stan, as well as modeling for many magazines, including Playboy (Though she did keep her clothes on) and Men's Health.

Life Story

Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma, the daughter of Kim and Sam Munn, being of Chinese and Caucasian descent. When Munn was two years old, her mother married a man enlisted in the Air Force, and the family moved several times. However, Munn was mostly raised in Japan, in the Shinjuku District of Tokyo.
While living predominantly there, she soon appeared in several theater productions, as well as taking up modeling within Japan's industry. This would obviously help out with her eventual return back to the United States, where she took up residence in Los Angeles, pursuing an acting career.

Her first gig was as a sideline reporter for Fox Sports, helping cover college football and women's basketball. However, feeling out of place and uncomfortable with that job, she soon left, and landed a role in the horror B-movie "Scarecrow Gone Wild."

Later, in 2005, Munn would have a regular role on the television show "Beyond The Break," on The N network, playing the role of surfer Mily Acuna.

Then, in 2006, Munn would land what would be the job that made her a household name, by replacing former co-host Sarah Lane on "Attack Of The Show!," starring alongside the other now-popular host, Kevin Pereira. While being on AOTS! as it's commonly known among fans, Munn has hosted several popular television segments, including "In Your Pants" with sex columnist Anna David, and an internet podcast for G4, called "Around The Net." (Formerly called "The Daily Nut.)

She has also modeled for a number of magazines, including FOAM, Men's Edge, Complex, Men's Health, Vanity Fair (Italian Version), and Playboy. (As "Babe Of The Month, Feb. 2007; Non-Nude Pictorial). She was also the cover girl for Playboy's July/August 2009 issue.

Munn has also appeared in the several movies including the comedy Big Stan (2007) starring alongside Rob Schneider, playing a receptionist for Schneider's character, named Maria. She also appeared in the straight to DVD horror film Insanitarium (2008). Upcoming movies for Olivia include Freeloaders (2009), Date Night (2010) with Tina Fey and the highly anticipated Iron Man 2 (2010).
