Jean Lacombe also known as Big Billy man,Born in Port-Au-Prince,Haiti. He was the only boy in his family,at the age of seven he began acting and singing. Big Billy Man was very outgoing, active, and talented. By the age of 11 he was well know as a local star.

At the age of 15, he moved to America with his father Brisson and sister Sherly Lacombe Big billy man went to Tilden High School in Brooklyn, New York. His favorite subject was music. He knew at that time he needed to persue music as his career.

Big Billy Man joined a group called "Feeling". He later dropped out of high school to play in the band full time. He was a singer and songwriter for the band.

In 1997-2000 he left the music scene. Until he reunited with his old freinds and began recording and writing music. In 2000 they formed there own record label called "Lakay Records". Lakay record was a featurefour very talented artists such as ; R&B artist J-love, hip hop artist H-dot,Rap artist Belview and reggae artist Big Billy Man.

Big Billy man was the CEO of the Lakay record in 2001. Big billy man released his first single "shake" with lakay records ; selling 50,000 copies between Haiti and America. Big billy Man was saving his money to open his own record company, "L.J. Production". In 2007 he released his first album "Festival" , Which was very succesful.

Big Billy Man enjoys producing and writing for diffrent artists. He dreams to own his own major record label one day.
