The CADILLAC BLUES BAND TX , Our ranking on the Rockin Blues charts is, #1 in No. Houston, #275 in America and #414 in the world.
The band was formed back in 2008 includes Rick Cloutier, Keith Donnagan, Bob Powell and Arron the Irish love god!.
I would define our style as Blues based, but definitely focused on the up tempo energetic Rock'n Blues, along the lines of SRV, Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, ACDC, etc.
Base in a small town just north of Houston. The band members total over 44 years music experience.
We have fans all over the world. But we have a strong home town fan base in south east Texas. from south Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Huntsville.
A Cadillac Blues Band performance includes our full backline equipment, our signature bright red, 1962 CADILLAC ELDORADO CONVERTIBLE, parked out front, (Where appropriate). and our custom designed truss and stage lighting / smoke system.
With our four vocalists, we are very versatile in the styles of music we can perform. Our show includes many popular songs that our fans and YOUR CUSTOMERS, know and enjoy from artists such as;
Eric Clapton, ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Tom Petty, JJ Cale, The Beatles, Elvis, BB King, The Eagles, Johnny Cash, Dwite Yokum, ACDC, Muddy Waters, Elmore James and may many more.
We also like to bring out our ORIGINAL SONGS, like "RED CADILLAC" a rockin driving song in a classic rock style with a current twist. Im sure it will be our upcoming CD,
We are currently recording at Sugar Hill Studios in Houston and currently have 14 original songs in the pipe for release in 2013....Stay tuned!!
The next song only released on the web site to our fans, will be "JOES IN THE HOOSKOW" a fun song about a good friend in a tight spot...Then a demo song that will touch your heart, called " WORDS", followed a jazzy / blues song called "FIRST DAY ". stay tuned.
KEEP ON ROCKIN THE BLUES!
