Free From Gravity

BIO

Rock artist Free From Gravity are bringing an innovative style to the music market with a fresh take on what a hit album should sound like. Comprised of a well-known group of seasoned veteran musicians, they are no strangers to playing amazing music. Headed by front man Vince Barnes on lead vocals along with members of legendary 70’s group Wishbone Ash; Muddy Manninen on lead guitar and Bob Skeet on the bass guitar. On the drum kit is Paul Newton who has quite the resume playing along with Prince, The Marionettes and Mungo Jerry. With this powerhouse lineup, the new album by these musicians is slated to be nothing short of a hit record.

The group was formed in 2011 by Vince after being inspired seeing the Eagles perform on their 1994 “Hell Freezes Over” tour when they played Wembley. This amazing show had inspired him to live his own dream of playing in front of 10,000 plus fans, all singing along and having the time of their lives doing it. With a lot of hard work and passion for the pure sense of making a great record Free From Gravity has formally announced their debut album performance. On the 30th of June, they took to the stage at London’s famed Monto Water Rats to share their dream with their fans , followed quickly by a headline performance at the IES summit in North Hollywood, Los Angeles!.

You can check out the band’s YouTube channel to watch their music video for “I Have a Dream” (http://youtu.be/VIihF78iKk0) shot by Sean Cronin, who was the lead singer of The Marionettes, who scored not only a top ten hit in the U.S. but in Germany as well. Sean has also worked with industry mega-stars Tinie Tempah and NDubz as of late. With names like this involved in Free From Gravity you can be sure that this should be a must see date on your calendar.
