Steven Graulau better known artistically as Tayno was born in Carolina, PR. His artistic career first began as a duo known as Tayno y Jorell which launched out of Savannah, GA. During that time they were able to propel themselves to the tap of the urban Latin charts and have found themselves at the number one spot three times in one year. Their most notable peak came with the track “Oh No” which included the participation of the duo known as Keven y Ery.

Due to much movement and transition from his military career the duo was forced to separate and Tayno commenced his solo artist career with his hit single titled “Tu Manera” which was produced by K1 and recorded in Orlando, FL thus leaving a mark in the rookie Latin market.

Unfortunately he was mandated to remain a year inactive in order to recover from a surgery which sustained injuries from his tour in Iraq. He has now marked his return in November 2012 with his new track “Vete” and is now slowly moving up with this humble, catchy, yet clean lyrics hoping to be known across the Latin market.
